I have said this when I started my Art Slam. I post one drawing per day for 6 days a week and rest on Sundays. I share each drawing here and Artgram. I admit I didn't include the fact I post sketches in my Instagram and Guilded. Basically, I post finished drawings in Newgrounds and Artgram, sketches in Instagram, and both in Guilded. That means one drawing and one sketch each day for 6 days a week. That is my work.
Aside from the rest I get on Sundays, I have decided I shall rest 8 days after 6 weeks' worth of work (I call this my Sabbath week) and 30 days after 6 months' worth (this is my Sabbath month). As of today, this is the 6th week's round of work. After I finish this week's art, I will take an 8-day break from posting. That means I won't post from January 28 to February 4. Of course, after those 8 days of rest are over, another 6 weeks' worth of work starts with another 8-day-long rest after it. After 2 more doses of those, I will rest 29 days. Basically, here is how it looks (Ideally, this is my routine considering I don't get sick again. However, if I do, I use the remaining days of the week to post multiple days' worth of drawings and sketches for said week).
1) 1st round of 6 work weeks + 8 rest days
2) 2nd round of 6 work weeks + 8 rest days
3) 3rd round of 6 work weeks + 8 rest days
4) 4th round of 6 work weeks + 29 days of rest
5) The cycle repeats...
This is an FYI about me here. I do recommend you do something like this because research shows there are bad effects of not taking a break once in a while and it can prevent burnout. You are free to copy this routine or make your own inspired by mine. Most of all, please stick with it!
